Cycling Performance Class
- First, get all the info from our Cycling Performance page.
- Then, email Coach Wharton to sign up.
What to Know Before Your First Class
Arrive 30 minutes before start time to set up bikes and properly warm up. Sport drinks / recovery drinks are recommended. Towels will be provided. Bikes may be stored at the facility at your own risk.
Class registration is for 12 weeks of bi-weekly classes, through BikeReg.com. Each 12-week series has a registration opening and closing date, noted on the signup page. Renewing students have priority for slots.
Makeup classes only in cases of inclement weather or instructor illness. No refunds given, only credit for future classes. Changing from one day set (Mon/Wed) to another (T/Th) is only allowed with 24 hours advance notice and permission from Coach Wharton.
SPIN Class

- Then, get a membership to The J Sports and Fitness Center.
Urban Cycling
- First, get all the info from our Urban Cycling page.
- Then, check bikedfw.org for the next available time and location.
