If you want to find out more about the tools and methods we use, we have a FULLY STOCKED RESOURCE CENTER available to you to use on your own as to supplement Cycling Center Dallas classes, including video libraries, instruction, exercises suggestions for putting together workouts, and stretches for cyclists.

In addition to being TRX certified, Coach Tracy also is certified in performing Functional Movement Assessments.
These help her determine what deficiencies you may have in strength, stability and mobility, a corrective corrective exercise strategy will be developed to fix them.

I absolutely love TRX training!! It has helped to improve my body by becoming more fit, more toned and has resulted in better race conditioning.
